Netpresenter Free is a free internet service using the professional Netpresenter
digital signage software suite.
Netpresenter Free is provided on the following terms:
You are allowed one free screen license per organization. For example for
a big screen in your shop showing your latest special offers.
Netpresenter Free does not contain adware or spyware and respects your privacy.
Netpresenter will not sell, rent out, or voluntarily supply your personal data
to any third party organization, neither for commercial, nor for private use.
Additional screen licenses, custom artwork, consultancy & support services other
than limited support by email, are not provided for free.
Use of Netpresenter Free with any type of OEM bundling with software, hardware components,
or any other services requires written approval in advance from Netpresenter.
Your use of Netpresenter Free shall be in accordance with and is subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the agreement below and in the license agreement
that accompanies the Netpresenter Player.
By using Netpresenter Free you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which
are enforceable against you personally and against your employer if you are using
Netpresenter Free on your employer's behalf.
You are responsible for all activity on Netpresenter Free under your account. You
must keep your account name and password private and not share it with anyone else.
We may ask you to change your account name or password.
You must not upload anything that is illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, pornographic,
or otherwise harmful. You must not attempt to access an account that is not yours,
interfere with anyone else's use of Netpresenter Free, or use the service to
gather any personal information about anyone else using Netpresenter Free. Such
unauthorized use of the service or our information system may violate local, state,
national and/or international laws.
You must not do anything that could harm or overload the service. Netpresenter has
implemented a Fair Use Policy so it can deliver a service that is fast and
reliable to all customers. Netpresenter monitors the performance of Netpresenter
Free and may restrict the amount of server space available to very heavy users
to ensure that the majority of the customers has a good experience. Netpresenter
has the right to close your account when you frequently use excessive server space,
for example for heavy video images, to the detriment of others. This will enable
us to offer a fair service to the rest of the customers.
We may change this agreement at any time. If you do not agree with the revised Terms
of Service, you must stop using the service. Also, you agree that Netpresenter may,
under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your
Netpresenter Free account and access to the service. Cause for such termination
shall include, but not be limited to: breaches or violations of these terms, requests
by law enforcement or other government agencies, a request by you, discontinuance
or material modification to Netpresenter Free (or any part thereof), unexpected
technical or security issues or problems, frequent heavy usage, and/or extended
periods of inactivity. Termination of your Netpresenter Free account includes removal
of your account and deletion of your password and all related information, files
and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof). It can
also include barring of further use of Netpresenter Free. In addition, you agree
that a decision to terminate this agreement shall be made in Netpresenter’s sole
discretion. Netpresenter shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination
of the Netpresenter Free services.
You understand that you own or have the right to make copies of what you upload,
and Netpresenter agrees to make no ownership claim on it. If you upload something
you do not own, and its owner makes a copyright complaint to us, we may remove your
file.
You understand that through your use of Netpresenter Free you consent to the collection
and use of personal data, including the transfer of this information to the Netherlands
and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by Netpresenter and its affiliates.
Netpresenter will not sell, rent out, or voluntarily supply your personal data to
any third party organization, neither for commercial, nor for private use.
You also understand that all information uploaded on Netpresenter Free is transferred
over the internet. As the internet is publicly accessible, Netpresenter cannot be
held accountable for unauthorized access of your information. Netpresenter recommends
not using Netpresenter Free for the uploading and broadcasting of confidential information.
You are responsible for any costs, expenses, or liabilities resulting from your
use of Netpresenter Free. Netpresenter Free shall not be responsible for any damages
or losses suffered by you as a result of the unavailability of files uploaded by
you, the misconduct by other persons, failures of our computer system or the internet
or otherwise resulting from the use of the service.
You are welcome to send suggestions on improving Netpresenter Free. All suggestions
become the sole property of Netpresenter BV.
Netpresenter Free is operated by Netpresenter BV from its offices in the Netherlands.
You and Netpresenter agree that this agreement shall be governed by the statutes
and laws of the Netherlands and that any disputes shall be determined only by courts
located in the Netherlands.
